Egbami provides a platform for users to request electronic repairs. We do not perform the repairs ourselves but act as an intermediary between customers and service providers.
3. User Responsibilities
- You must provide accurate and complete information about your device and its condition.
- Once your device is collected, any undeclared faults may result in an updated repair quote.
- If you decline the revised quote, a forfeiture cost will be deducted before returning your device.
4. Payments and Refunds
- Payments must be made in accordance with the provided quote before repair commencement.
- Refunds are only issued in cases where repairs cannot be completed.
- Service fees for diagnostics and pickup/delivery are non-refundable.
